How to Consign with Us

Step 1- Clean out your closet!

We accept and specialize in gothic, vintage and cult brands and styles; We also love/accept music, movie and nerd-culture t-shirts

- jackets

-new or lightly worn shoes & boots

-spooky decor, oddities

-books and games

- jewelry, purses and accessories

Whatever you may be bringing in, these are the rules-

-All clothing must be cleaned, pressed, and on hangers. (You will get your hangers back the day you bring your items in, don't worry!)

-Max 35 items per consignment

-no broken or dirty items

Step 2- Make an Appointment

Fill out our consignment form to make an appointment to come in and have us take a look at your stuff! We are usually quick to reply. We take items seasonally, with an increase in consignment spots available mid-summer into fall!

Step 3- Bring it on in!

We rely on appointments for consignment because we truly are just a "mom and pop" team! Please make sure you have a date and time before bringing in your items.

Once you have an appointment, visit our store!

We hold ourselves to the highest standards of quality and customer service. Each item we accept for consignment is thoroughly inspected before being put up for sale- please do not take it personally if we do not take all your items- this is because we get. so many amazing things weekly, with limited room!

Step 4- Leave the Selling to Us!

After we go through your amazing items, we will price them and send you a list of your wares! We want to make sure you feel your items are priced fairly, so if there is any discrepancies with how we priced things, this is where you will let us know! If your items sell within 90 days, you will get paid! For more details on the consignment process, read our FAQ and store policies below.

WHAT ARE THE CONSIGNMENT FEES AT THE WICKED WARDROBE?

We charge a commission fee of 60% on the sale price of your items. This fee covers all expenses associated with selling your items, including marketing, rent, and staff wages.

HOW OFTEN DO YOU ACCEPT NEW CONSIGNMENTS?

We accept new consignments on a rolling basis, depending on the space available in our store. Please contact us or visit our store for more information.

WHAT IS YOUR CONSIGNMENT PERIOD?

60 days.

Days 1–30: you earn 40% of full retail
Days 31–60: items are 20% off and you still earn 40%

When your 60 days are up, you can pick up your unsold items. If they stay past that, they become part of the Wicked Wardrobe family.

WHAT CAN I CONSIGN?

We are a gothic and dark fashioned themed consignment shop meaning we prefer and have a speciality in spooky brands, cult labels, punk, victorian and y2k vintage styles and anything that can be labeled as "strange & unusual." We love new, like-new, or excellent condition items. Please bring them clean, wrinkle-free, and on hangers. Items that don’t fit our shop vibe may be declined. We have taken in strange things like haunted items, oddities, art, and weird accessories, so when in doubt- reach out!

HOW DO I GET PAID?

Payments are 40% of the selling price, issued at the end of your consignment period when your balance reaches $25+ via check

Balances under $25 can roll over or be store credit.

Checks can be picked up in store or mailed ($2)
